Woodland Kingfisher, Halcyon senegalensis
Below it, and perched low down on the stump, there is:
Blue-breasted Kingfisher, Halcyon malimbica

Note that Gray-headed Kingfisher, Halcyon leucocephala, as well as appearing on the stamp, features in the border in the hole in the stump with nestlings!
